These are whole wheat pancakes that are yummy. It was perfect for training on our long runs.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pancakes

2 c whole wheat flour
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 cups of skim milk
3 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
5 tbsp oil

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pancakes

Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs well. Add milk, oil and eggs to dry ingredients. Mix well.
