Sugar Free whole wheat pancakes.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pancakes

1 cup Skim Milk
3/4 cup Oatmeal
3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
4 large egg whites
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pancakes

  1. Heat milk until hot, stir in oats, and set aside.

  2. Beat egg whites into a stiff foam.

  3. Mix dry ingredients together and stir into the oatmeal/milk mixture. Fold in egg whites until well blended.

  4. Cook over medium-high heat. Flip when bubbles form on top of pancake.
