Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pancakes

3 cups Whole wheat flour
1 cup Soy flour
2 large eggs (remove one yolk if you like)
2 1/2 tablespoon Raw Sugar
1/2 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 cup margarine
3/4 tablespoon Baking Powder
3/4 tablespoon Baking soda
2 teaspoons Vanilla

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pancakes

  1. Whole Grain FLUFFY pancakes

  2. Low Cholesterol

  3. Very Low Sodium

  4. 5 to 7 grams of Carbs (complex) Per Pancake

  5. Less than 100 calories per pancake (syrup adds about 25 Cals)

  6. 3 Cups Whole wheat ground flour

  7. 1 Cup Soy flour

  8. 2 Large eggs (remove one yolk if you like)

  9. 2.5 Tablespoon Sugar in the Raw (Non processed sugar)
