Makes about 12 pancakes. Serves four.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pancakes

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup Oats - Jungle Oats
1 tablespoon Flax Seed
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
1 cup Milk - 1% Clover
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Granules

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pancakes

  1. Mix together the flour, flaxmeal, and baking soda in a bowl and set aside.

  2. In another bowl, beat together the egg, milk, salt, and brown sugar until mixed well. Stir in the dry ingredients.

  3. Place a skillet over medium heat and spray lightly with cooking spray.

  4. Drop 1/4 cup of the batter on the pan per pancake. Cook until bubbly, about 1 1/2 minutes. Flip and continue cooking until golden brown. Makes about 12 pancakes.

  5. Serves four.
