Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat pancakes

260 grams Whole Wheat Flour
500 ml Madeta milk semi-skimmed
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 large Egg, Whole
1/2 tbsp Salt, Table
2 tsp Baking Powder
4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat pancakes

Add all the dry ingredients, then all the wet ingredients. Mix well until you can't see any dry spots. Use baking spray and heat a large skillet on medium heat. Flip after you see bubbles on your pancake. You may add fruit or syrup.
