This is a yummy, healthy recipe that has great flavor! I use skim milk and lemon juice to make buttermilk.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pancakes

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup white flour
1/4 cup cornmeal
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups skim milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp honey
4 tsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pancakes

Combine milk and lemon juice. Let set while preparing other ingredients. Combine dry ingredients. In another bowl, lightly beat the eggs; add honey and milk to eggs. Mix well. Add to dry ingredients.
