1 tsp Salt, Table
1.67 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
14 grams Country Crock spread (Calcuim plus Vit. D), 1 tbsp=14grams
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
