Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pancakes lower sodium

2 eggs
2 tablespoons nonfat yogurt
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups 2% milk
1 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pancakes lower sodium

  1. Lightly beat eggs.

  2. Add milk, applesauce, and yogurt and mix thoroughly.

  3. Add flours, sugar, salt, and baking powder and mix until almost smooth.

  4. Cook on griddle at 350 or a little below.
