Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pancakes - low calorie

2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup navy bean flour
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp splenda
3 eggs
2 1/4 cups skim milk
4 1/2 tbsp fat free yogurt

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pancakes - low calorie

  1. Combine all dry ingredients

  2. Scramble eggs, add to dry ingredients

  3. (You can also separate and whip the whites,

  4. then add the whites last for fluffier pancakes)

  5. Add all other wet ingredients, mix till well combined

  6. Cook on electric non-stick griddle with cooking spray
