2 cup Hard Red Wheat Berries Organic
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 serving Baking Soda
1/8 tsp Baking Powder
2 large Egg, White
9 tsp Sugars, Granulated
4 tbsp Butter
2 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat

Mix dry and wet ingredients separately; combine both mixes stirring very little. Let sit for about 10 minutes. Cook 3-4 minutes per side on a griddle at 375.
