1/3 c. cornmeal
1/3 c. flax seed, ground
6 T. buttermilk powder
1 T. sugar
2 t. baking powder
3/4 t. baking soda
3/4 t. salt
1 1/2 c. water
2 eggs
1/4 c. canola oil

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.

  2. Add rest of ingredients and mix until smooth.
