Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat oatmeal waffles/pancakes

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup steel cut oats
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat oatmeal waffles/pancakes

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In another bowl, beat eggs, buttermilk and oil; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just until blended. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a lightly greased hot griddle; turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes. Cook until second side is golden.
