Whole Wheat Oatmeal Pancakes. My kids ate them up and they are picky!

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Oatmeal Pancakes.

1/2 cup Rogers No Additive Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
1 1/2 tbsp Pure US Grade A Clover Honey
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
0.67 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Oatmeal Pancakes.

Mix lemon juice with milk and let stand. Mix dry ingredients together. Add in liquid ingredients. Mix until combined. Cook on med. heat griddle until light brown on bottom. Flip and cook until done.
