Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Oatmeal/flax Cookies

1 c. wheat flour
1 1/4 c. quick oats
1/4 c. flax
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. walnuts

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Oatmeal/flax Cookies

  1. Combine dry ingredients.

  2. Cream sugar and butter.

  3. Add eggs and milk.

  4. Combine all ingredients.

  5. Add raisins and nuts.

  6. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet.

  7. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees
