Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Coookies

3/4 cup sunflower oil
3/4 cup flaxseed meal
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup raisins
1 cup chocolate chips

  1. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet.

  3. Bake at 375 degrees F for 8 minutes.
