same recipe as whole wheat oatmeal bread, if you don't have milk powder (I never do) you can substitute skim milk for the water. Also you can reverse the amounts of ww flour and white flour. If you have buttermilk, could use that instead of skim.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat oatmeal bread with skim milk subbed for milk powder and water

1 1/4 cups skim milk (70 to 80 degrees F)
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 3/4 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup quick-cooking oats
1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Put everything in the bread machine, liquids first, use loaf setting.
