Wonderful little bread rolls that make me miss Germany a little less...

Recipe Ingredients for Whole-wheat-oatmeal bread rolls

500 g whole wheat flour
50 g oatmeal
10 g salt
20 g honey
150 ml reduced fat milk
200 ml water

Recipe Directions for Whole-wheat-oatmeal bread rolls

  1. Mix water, milk, salt and yeast together.

  2. Mix it with the flour.

  3. Let it rise for about an hour.

  4. Form little rolls and let them rise another 30min.

  5. Bake at 375 for about 25min, put a bowl with hot water in the oven.
