Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat & oatmeal bread

1 pkg yeast
2 cups skim milk, warm
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp salt
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup wheat germ

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat & oatmeal bread

  1. Mix ingredients, knead, and let rise twice before shaping into two loaves.

  2. Bake 30 minutes at 350-375 degrees.
