Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat and oatmeal blueberry pancakes

1 1/2 cups quick oats
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 cups milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup applesauce

Recipe Directions for whole wheat and oatmeal blueberry pancakes

  1. mix flours, sugar, salt and powder

  2. beat eggs

  3. mix oats and milk

  4. add eggs and apple sauce to oats

  5. mix liquids with solids and stir until smooth

  6. fold in blueberries

  7. cook on warm skillet
