Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat and Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins

1 1/4 cup rolled oats
1 c white whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 egg
1 cup 1% milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat and Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins

Preheat oven to 400. In a bowl stir together rolled oats, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a fork, then stir in milk, vegetable oil, and lemon juice. Pour the dry ingredients into the west and stir until barely combined (don't over mix). When ingredients are combines, gently fold in blueberries.
