Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat and Oat Pancakes

4 serving eagle mill white whole weat flour
1 cup Whole Grain Oat Flour
2 serving Butter Milk
2 large Egg, Whole
0.25 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.75 tsp Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
2.5 teaspoon Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat and Oat Pancakes

  1. Mix dry ingredients - in one bowl

  2. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl

  3. Combine wet and dry - mix till just moistened -

  4. cook on hot griddle 1/4 cup batter per pancake

  5. turn when bubbles pop on top of cooking pancakes
