Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat oat pancakes

1 Egg, Whole
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
3/4 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
2 packet Stevia
2 t Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 t Leavening Agents, Baking Powder, Low-sodium
1/2 t Baking soda
1/2 t Salt, Table
1/2 cup oats
1/2 t vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat oat pancakes

  1. Pulse oats and flour together in a food processor. Pulse in other dry ingredients. (Oats can be left unpulsed)

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk egg. Add to dry ingredients along with other wet ingredients.

  3. Cook on a med/high heat.
