Recipe Ingredients for Whole-wheat oat cookies

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup skim milk
1/8 cup brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Whole-wheat oat cookies

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees on sprayed cookie sheet for approx. 12 minutes or until firm and golden brown.
