Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat & Oat Bran Banana Muffins

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup oat bran
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 1/4 cup banana, mashed, ripened
1/4 cup whole milk
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat & Oat Bran Banana Muffins

Mix all dry ingredients into a bowl. Mix all wet ingredients into a separate bowl, then incorporate. Pour into muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown and springy on top.
