banana muffins with oats and whole wheat. i added a bit of cinnamon and used egg beaters, light soy milk and splenda instead of their counter parts.

Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat, oat, banana muffins

1 cup Toasted Oats
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1 cup, mashed Bananas
0.25 cup Soymilk Light Vanilla
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for whole wheat, oat, banana muffins

  1. 1 c. oats

  2. 3 tbsp. sugar

  3. 1 c. whole wheat flour

  4. 1/2 tsp. salt

  5. 1 egg

  6. 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  7. 1 c. mashed bananas

  8. 1/4 c. milk

  9. 2 tbsp. oil

  10. Mix well and bake at 350F for about 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of a cupcake comes out clean.

  11. Makes 12 muffins.
