Dad's muffins from food storage stuff.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Muffins

1/2 cup apple sauce
1 egg
1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup water (Use 1 Cup, 1/4 cup lost to baking)
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp milled flax seed
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Mix wet ingredients

  3. Mix dry ingredients

  4. Pour in 3x4 muffin tin
