Basic muffin recipe with no sugars added.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Muffins ( no sugar)

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup vegitable oil

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Muffins ( no sugar)

Mix dry ingrediants, in another bowl mix wet ingrediants. Combine the dry ingrediants to the wet ingrediants. Place batter in a muffin tray that has been well oiled or sprayed with vegitable spray.
