My version of the duncan hines 100% whole grain apple cinnamon muffins. Makes me feel a little better about eating them :)

Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat muffins (my healthy version)

1 serving 100% Whole Grain Apple Cinnamon with Oatmeal Granola Topping Muffin Mix
1/4 cup Original Classic Flavors
4 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for whole wheat muffins (my healthy version)

Prepare just like the back of the box says except use 4 egg whites instead of 2 eggs and use 1/4 apple sauce instead of oil.
