Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Muffins w/dates & pecans

1/4 c. flax seed, milled
1 1/2 c. flour, whole wheat
1/2 c. Stevia Sweetener
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. dates
3 tbsp. canola oil
1/2 c. milk
10 pieces pecans, chopped

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Muffins w/dates & pecans

Chop dates and pecans. Combine ingredients and spoon into muffin pan. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
