Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat - mini raisin oatmeal cookies

2 container Apple Sauce - Natural, No Sugar Added
4 tbs splenda granular
4 tbs light brown sugar
1 egg white
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbs whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for whole wheat - mini raisin oatmeal cookies

  1. Add apple sauce, splenda and light brown sugar. Mix.

  2. Add egg white and vanilla extract to it and mix.

  3. Get another bowl and mix the flour, oatmeal, cinnamon and baking soda.

  4. Take the dry ingredients and combine with the other liquid ingredients.

  5. Add raisins.

  6. By teaspoons, drop on to wax/cookie sheet parchment and place into oven at a pre-heated 350~400 degrees. Take out when cookies are brown and hard.

  7. Let cool for a few minutes then remove.
