Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat mac and cheese

3 cup elbow shaped Macaroni, Whole-wheat, Cooked
2 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
8 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
2 oz Low fat Plain Cream Cheese
2 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for whole wheat mac and cheese

  1. cook the whole wheat pasta in the milk add a little more milk if needed. Stir constantly

  2. Once pasta is done drain the milk so that only about 1and1/4 cup is left in pan

  3. Add butter

  4. Stir in mozzarella cheese and cream cheese until smooth and creamy

  5. Serves6-8 depending on serving size
