Very quick and easy linguine with clam sauce. (Makes 4-6 servings)

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Linguine with White Clam Sauce

6 fillets Anchovies
1 cup Parsley
4 oz Wine
1 Teaspoon Thyme
16 oz Whole Wheat Linguine
4 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Linguine with White Clam Sauce

  1. Cook linguine al dente.

  2. Heat large skillet over medium heat. Add oil, anchovies, thyme and red pepper flakes. Mix around until the anchovies melt. Add wine, stir. Add clams and their juice. Drain the pasta (reserve some of the water) and add to sauce. Add a little of the pasta water to thicken if needed. Cook about 2-3 minutes. Salt to taste, finish with parsley.
