Heather's 1st attempt (w/ spinach)

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Lasagna

28 oz. tomatos
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
6 oz. tomato paste
8 oz. part-skim mozzarella cheese
20 oz. part-skim ricotta cheese
16 oz. pasta, whole-wheat
8 oz. frozen spinach
1 tbsp. dry oregano
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Lasagna

  1. Saute' garlic, olive oil & spices

  2. Add tomato cans

  3. Add 1 cup water, simmer for 20 minutes

  4. de-frost spinach ,Cook pasta

  5. heat oven to 375 F

  6. Layer: sauce, pasta, cheese, spinach, sauce...

  7. Cook ~ 45 minutes
