Traditional Meat Lasagna made with Whole Wheat Noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Lasagna with Mushrooms

10 oz (Ronzoni)Healthy Harvest Whole Grain Lasagna
20 oz Ricotta Cheese
5 oz Spinach
16 oz Mozzarella Cheese
8 oz Organic White Mushrooms Packaged
4 oz Parmesan 100% Grated
1 medium Egg, Whole
10.66 oz Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Patty
10.66 oz All Natural Ground Sweet Italian Sausage

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Lasagna with Mushrooms

  1. Mix Riccotta, egg, 1/2 Parmesan and spinach in bowl

  2. cook noodles until al dente

  3. brown hamburger and italian sausage.

  4. Saute mushrooms

  5. in 6 quart baking dish add a small amount of sauce and coat the bottom

  6. add a layer of noodles

  7. add ricotta mixture and spread evenly

  8. add another layer of noodles

  9. add 1/2 the meat, 1/2 the mushrooms 1/3 the mozzarella and enough sauce to cover.

  10. repeat last step

  11. add last layer of noodles and remaining mozzarella

  12. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until bubbly and browned on top
