Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat and honey pizza dough

1 package active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup flour
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon honey

Recipe Directions for whole wheat and honey pizza dough

  1. mix yeast and water - let stand for 10 min

  2. add other ingredients and mix well

  3. let rise for at least 15 min in a warm place

  4. roll out onto pan

  5. poke holes in it with a fork

  6. bake at 350 for 15 min prior to adding toppings
