0.5 cup Best For Bread Flour
2 tsp Salt
1 serving Molasses
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
4 tsp Yeast
1 serving Baking Nuts Walnut Pieces
1 tbsp, leaves Basil, Dried
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
2 Teaspoon Thyme

Recipe Directions for whole wheat herb bread

  1. combine flours and salt and warm

  2. mix molasses with 1/2 c warm water, sprinkle on yeast and proof 10 min

  3. mix yeast mixture with herbs and walnuts into flour

  4. turn into loaf pan

  5. let rise 15 minutes

  6. bake at 450 10 min then 425 20 min

  7. cool on rack
