A semi-healthy alternative to the store bought version.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Graham Crackers

2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup agave syrup
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. cinnamon
4 T. honey
1/4 c. water
1 t. vanilla
1 stick butter, melted

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Graham Crackers

  1. 1. Preheat to 350 degrees.

  2. 2. Melt the butter.

  3. 3. Add the honey, water, and vanilla to the melted butter.

  4. 4. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

  5. 5. Combine the liquid and dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  6. 6. Cut two pieces of Parchment paper the size of the cookie sheet.

  7. 7. Lay one piece of parchment paper on the cookie sheet.

  8. 8. Place the dough on the parchment paper.

  9. 9. Cover with the other piece of parchment paper and press with your hands

  10. 10. Use a rolling pin on the top of the parchment paper, rolling the dough until it's uniformly about 1/8" thick.
