Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Garden Pizza

2.5 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
0.25 oz Yeast
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 cup Cheese Mozzarella Shredded Part Skim
1 cup Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
0.25 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 cup, chopped Broccoli

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Garden Pizza

Sprinkle yeast into the very warm water. Add honey. Let stand 10 mins. Add flour and work to form dough. Knead and place in lightly oiled bowl. Cover and let rise at room temperature for about 45 mins. Punch dough down and spread onto the pizza pan. Spread with toppings and bake at 400 deg. F for 15-20 mins.
