Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup warm water

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas

  1. Mix flour with salt in a large bowl. Cut in margarine as for pie crust. Slowly add warm water, mix and knead. Let rest 10 mn.

  2. Divide into 12 balls. Roll out to 8 inch diameter. Keep other dough moist by covering with a damp cloth while rolling.

  3. Bake on a hot, ungreased griddle approximately 2 mn on each side.
