Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Flaxseed Pancakes

2 cups soy milk
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup flaxseed meal
1/4 cup egg beaters
1 tbsp coconut oil

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Flaxseed Pancakes

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.

  2. Cook in non-stick pan, using a small bit of coconut oil if needed.

  3. Serve with fresh fruit or syrup.

  4. Makes 12 5" pancakes.
