Bread made with flax seed and whole wheat

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Flax Seed Loaf

1 3/4 cup warm water
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp skim milk
2 tbsp canola oil
4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Organic Flax Seed

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Flax Seed Loaf

  1. dissolve yeast in warm water

  2. add honey, salt, milk, oil and 2 cups of flour

  3. add remaining flour

  4. knead on floured surface til smooth and elasticky

  5. shape and put in oil/greased loaf pan

  6. Let rise will doubles in size

  7. Bake at 350F for 45-50 min
