3 c whole wheat flour
1/4 c ground flax seed
3 t baking powder
1 1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
3 T sugar
3 egg whites
3 c. buttermilk

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat flax seed buttermilk pancakes

Mix together dry ingredients. Beat eggs, add to buttermilk and add to dry ingredients, stiring only until mostly mixed. Batter will be lumpy. Cook on a hot greased griddle.
