recipes makes 4 loaves. I figured 5 servings per loaf.

Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat & flax seed bread

5 1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c ground flax seed
2 eggs
2 c warm water
2 T yeast
1/4 c olive oil
2 t salt
2 t sugar

Recipe Directions for whole wheat & flax seed bread

  1. disolve yeast in warm water.

  2. combine flour and flax.

  3. add water/yeast mixing

  4. add sugar, salt, eggs, oil

  5. knead according to mixer recommendations

  6. rise one hour until doubled

  7. punch down, split into 4 pieces

  8. roll each out flat and roll into loaf shape

  9. pinch and tuck ends and place in greased pan.

  10. leave to rise until doubled

  11. bake at 350 for 20 min. or so.
