Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Flat Bread

2 cup wheat flour
1 cup milled flaxseed
1 1/2 cup of water
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Flat Bread

  1. Pre heat oven to 350. Oil a 13" X 9" pan with 1 TBSP of olive oil

  2. Combine flour, ground flax seed in a large bowl.

  3. Add water to the dry ingredients and mix with your hands until well blended.

  4. Press into the 13"X9" pan.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes

  6. While hot, brush top with 1 TBSP of olive oil and sprinkle with salt
