whole wheat, no cholesterol dumplings

Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat dumplings

1 c whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbs parsley
1/4 c egg beater
1/4 c almond milk unsweetened
2 tbs Omega Cooking and Salad Oil

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat dumplings

  1. combine dry ingredients.

  2. stir together wet ingredients.

  3. Pour wet into dry and stir until just moist...do not over stir.

  4. drop spoonful into bubbling soup or stew.
