Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat dumplings

2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 T light margarine
1/2 cup soy milk

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat dumplings

  1. mix first 3 ingredients

  2. cut in the margarine

  3. add milk and mix just til moist.

  4. Drop into boiling stew or soup and cover. Continue to boil for 15 minutes.

  5. DO NOT LIFT THE LID!!
