Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat down home spaghetti

2 cups whole wheat spaghetti
16 oz ground turkey
1 red onion
4 cloves garlic
2 oz chopped black olives
14 oz diced tomatos
2 oz tomato paste
10 oz tomato sauce
1 salt
1 pepper
4 oz extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for whole wheat down home spaghetti

  1. make your noodles how you normally do

  2. in deep pot bring olive oil to temp, add sliced red onion, and chopped garlic. Saute till tender. Add ground turkey directly to this, brown.

  3. then add all your tomato and garlic products. Bring to a boil and let simmer for a while. Add salt and pepper to taste.
