These are perfect for a Sunday brunch or for your family for breakfast for a quick breakfast before work or school. Just fill with any fruit desired and enjoy!

Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat crepes (sweet)

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup water
1 cup milk
2 tsp sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter

Recipe Directions for whole wheat crepes (sweet)

  1. Mix all ingredients together and set aside for 30 minutes before cooking. Use about 1/4-1/3 cup batter in a pre heated frying pan. Make sure you spray or oil the pan before hand. A cast iron pan works the best.

  2. Once they are cooked place on a wax paper and finish up the batter. Have your filling ready for a make it your self breaky - or fill them yourself, sprinkle with icing sugar and enjoy!

  3. The batter can be kept up to 2 days in the fridge. The cooked crepes can be stored in fridge until needed or frozen and thawed out for later use.

  4. Suggestions for fillings: strawberries, banana, mango, raspberry, ricotta cheese, any fruit.
