Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Crepes

0.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.33 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
1.25 tbsp Promise Fat-Free Buttery Spread
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 tbsp Egg Whites

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Crepes

  1. Combine milk and eggs, blend until foamy, approx 20 seconds or so. Turn off.

  2. Add sugar, mix.

  3. Add melted butter and vanilla, .mix.

  4. Add flour, mix until all is incorporated.

  5. Spray your frying pan with oil of choice. Heat it on medium-high heat.

  6. Pour crepe mixture into pan, swirl around real quick to coat bottom of pan.

  7. I used a silicon spatula to lift edges of crepe and to form round if any stray edges -- it will start to bubble, not much, but its safe to flip when you see edges on underside becoming brown. Just flip with plastic spatula.

  8. So once first side cooked, flip and cook about 2 minutes or so, transfer to plate and continue with rest of batter.
