Whole Wheat Crepes Makes ~10 crepes. 1 crepe is 1 serving (whitout toppings).

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Crepes

2 medium eggs
1 3/4 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
3 cups soy milk
3 g (tsp) Sea Salt
3 g (tsp) Sugars, Brown
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Crepes

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a big bowl.

  2. Mix wet ingredients, except butter.

  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and wisk together.

  4. Brush warm pan with butter.

  5. Add a laddle full of the mix and spread thin.

  6. Fry on both sides.
